Reception Coordination

We are delighted in taking care of all details, allowing you to enjoy your family and friends for this occasion. To add your personal touches, we will provide several detailed consultations prior to the event. Your decision and arrangements made in advance, and your wedding service manager’s attention to each and every wish, will create a memorable celebration on you special day.

 

Confirmation of Space, Deposits and Payments

An initial nonrefundable security deposit is required to confirm your date. The final guarantee of attendance and final payment is due two weeks prior to your wedding in form of cash, cashier’s check, or money order. 

All deposits are nonrefundable.

 

Decoration and Lines

Complimentary selections of linens are provided. It is not permitted affixing anything to the walls, floor or ceilings with nail, staples or any other substances unless approval is given by us. All decoration mush meet with the approval of Fire Department codes.

 

Guest Accommodations

Special rates will be offered, based on availability. Check in time is 3:00 PM and check out is 12:00 noon.

 

Music

Recommendations for entertainment are available or you may book your own entertainment. In any case, we will supply the stage and the dance floor.

 

Parking

Parking is available for a minimum charge of $    for valet parking or free self-parking.

 

Seating

Seating will be at round table seating 10 guests at each table, unless otherwise requested. Special seating diagrams with numbered tables are available if there is be assigned seating. Other seating variations are available upon request.

 

 

 

 

Security

We will not assume responsibility for the damages or loss of any merchandise or articles left on the premises prior to or following the ceremony or reception.

 

Time

Client agrees to vacate the reception room at the contracted time.

 

Additional Charges

A taxable 18% service charge and 7.5% sales tax is added to all food and beverage.

Fresh brewed coffee, tea, decaffeinated coffee and soft drinks.   Complimentary cake cutting.   Tables, silver, linens, china, glassware, table stands with numbers, buffet tables, draped table for gift, cake and guest book.   Dance floor and stage for DJ or Band. Special guest room rate for your friends and family.   Complimentary shuttle to Airport from the hotel for your out of town guests at the hotel.   Round mirror and candles on each table. Complimentary Suite for the Bride and groom the night of the wedding.   Wedding Ceremony($600.00) Changing room for the Bride and her attendant and for the groom and his groomsmen.   Theater style seating setup.   Tea and coffee station setup with a server for two hours.
